Mamadou Lamine DIARRA, Gerant

Graduated from the University of Paris XIII and the Engineering School of ECAM-EPMI in Cergy, Mamadou worked for ten years in the telecoms industry in France before returning to Mali.

After several years as a consultant to government institutions and international organizations, he decided to take a closer look at renewable energies and created in 2021 the company Base Africa to engage in the development of “clean” energy.


Alou Badra DIARRA, Responsable technique

Specialized in the field of renewable energies, Mr. DIARRA has more than 15 years of experience in the integration and development of renewable energy projects.

He was Technical Director of Africa Solar before starting his adventure with Base. Alou is an Engineer in electrical engineering, diploma obtained in 2004. He is constant learner and followed several trainings in PV system in India and Germany green finance.


Fatoumata Tako Zerbo, Responsable juridique

Fatoumata is a graduate of the University of Paris XII in business law and of the European Institute of Financial Affairs. Prior to Base Africa, she worked for Gras Savoye, an insurance brokerage company, where she held the position of deputy technical director.


Mamadou DIARRA, Responsable financier

Mamadou holds an engineering degree in statistics from the University of Algiers, a master’s degree in quantitative data processing and a master’s degree in audit and banking risks. He has worked for Vinci, BNP Paribas and Groupama Bank.

He is part of Base Africa since its creation.
